missed opportunities (read)

i found this commercial fishing boat in the Port Of Oswego NY (one of the last commercial fishing boats left on Lake Ontario) about 17 years ago.It was for sale,the pilot had been losing his sight for a few years,so his wife wouldn't let him go out any more in it. My idea was to buy this,turn it into a floating machine/marine shop and cruise the great lakes and inter-coastal waterway on the east coast repairing all types of boats, before i could get the money together, the man had passed away,and his wife donated the the boat to the Maritime Museum in Oswego NY,where it still is today.Great cause,but missed opportunity.Still on the bucket list though!!!#beproudofyourownart#history#boat#streamzoo#sznuts#throwbackthursday#ELEANORD
